1. Diesel engine

Generally, a turbocharged central control intercooled diesel engine is used to drive the generator and generate current.

2. Generator

A generator is a mechanical device that converts other forms of energy into electrical energy. It is driven by water turbines, steam turbines, diesel engines, or other power machinery to convert the energy generated by water flow, air flow, fuel combustion, or nuclear fission into mechanical energy and transmit it to the generator, which then converts it into electrical energy.

3. Control system

The control system of the generator is like the brain of the generator, used to control the start, stop, important parameter measurement, fault alarm, or shutdown protection functions of the generator. 4. Start the system

The starter, also known as the motor, converts the electrical energy of the battery into mechanical energy and drives the flywheel of the engine to rotate, achieving the start of the engine.

5. Cooling system

Generally, diesel engine manufacturers use matching water tanks, and the selection standard is air-cooled closed water circulation water tanks with an ambient temperature of 40 ℃.

6. Base frame

The base required for an open frame generator set is used to fix the generator set and to reduce vibrations generated during operation.
