The engine is produced by Cummins Engine Co., Ltd., which has good quality, low fuel consumption, low noise, high output power, and reliable performance.
The generator is ed from the MP series brushless generator produced by Shanghai Marathon Innovation Electric Co., Ltd., a Sino US t venture. It features H-board insulation, steel plate body, and integral rotor punch plate with convex plate, ensuring stable performance and operation.
The control screen adopts a multi-functional intelligent digital control module specially designed for imported diesel generator sets, with Chinese and English operation pages. It has automatic and manual control functions, protection functions, and various parameter displays, and can achieve manual control, self start control, full automation, and automatic parallel operation functions.

1. Basic design features: The cylinder body design is sturdy and durable, with low vibration and noise; Four stroke, smooth operation, high efficiency; Replacing wet cylinder liners, with long lifespan and easy maintenance; Excellent performance; Forced water cooling with low thermal radiation.
2. Fuel system: Cummins fuel system with overspeed protection device; Low pressure oil pipeline, with few pipelines, low failure rate, and high reliability; High pressure injection, sufficient combustion. Equipped with fuel supply and return check valves, it is safe and reliable to use.
3. Air intake system: equipped with a dry air filter and an air resistance indicator, using a HOLSET exhaust turboger, with sufficient intake and guaranteed performance.
4. Exhaust system: using pulse dry exhaust pipes can effectively utilize exhaust energy and fully unleash engine performance; Equipped with a 127mm diameter exhaust elbow and exhaust corrugated pipe for easy connection.
5. Lubrication system: 60GAL variable flow oil pump with main oil passage signal pipe, which can adjust the pump oil volume according to the main oil passage oil pressure and optimize the amount of oil entering the engine; Low oil pressure (241-345kPa), these measures can reduce pump oil power loss, improve power performance, and enhance engine economy.
6. Cooling system: The engine adopts a gear centrifugal water pump for forced water cooling, with a large flow water channel design, which has good cooling effect and can effectively reduce heat radiation and noise. Spiral mounted water filter can prevent rust and corrosion, control acidity and remove impurities;
7. Power output: A dual slot crankshaft pulley for power output can be installed in front of the shock absorber, and a multi slot accessory drive pulley can be installed at the front end of the engine, which can be equipped with various front-end power output devices.
